Returns & Refunds

1/ You have 14 legal days from receipt of your order to return your parcel.

2/ The goods must be new, unused and in their original packaging. In which case we reserve the right not to proceed with the refund.

3/ We always prefer a friendly exchange with our customers. However, in the event of a product exchange, we cannot be held responsible for the payment of reshipment costs unless the said products have been sent by mistake by our services.

4/ Refunds for packages seized by customs, for packages delivered to the wrong address, for packages not collected by the customer from the post office, or for any other reason beyond our control, are not possible. We do, however, provide all necessary assistance to resolve these potential problems. It is imperative that the customer takes the necessary steps to contact the postal services in his/her country regarding any problems.

5/ Orders are non-refundable during the delivery process, once the package has been dispatched. Our return and refund conditions apply only after receipt of the goods.

6/ On refund requests that do not include any features related to our refund policy or any potential errors on our part regarding services rendered, a percentage of approximately 4% is charged. This is linked to the capture of payments from the store itself, which is subject to a percentage. This type of case is particularly relevant for customers who place an order and then withdraw the next day.
