Purchasing and ordering

The quality of your airsoft games is what we exist for. We offer you maximum immersion with the impeccable quality of our Russian airsoft replicas. Lightweight, premium-quality steel rifles, hand-welded, durable gun paint… High standards are our watchwords.

Orders are processed the same day, except on special occasions. We then prepare your orders for shipment. Preparation of pre-ordered products is not included.

You can cancel your order before it is shipped. If you realize that you have made a mistake, please let us know as soon as possible before your package is shipped.

A confirmation email is sent after each order, without exception. If you have not received this email, please check your Spam folder.

Delivery and returns

We have access to warehouses in the European Union, the USA and China. Our workshop is located in Russia.
Most parcels are shipped from our European/American warehouse. Some accessories are shipped directly from Russia or China.

We ship airsoft guns all over the world, wherever airsoft is legal. Some countries and regions have specific legislation, so please inquire about importing airsoft guns into your country.

All other types of product are shipped without distinction (accessories or other).

Delivery times include the processing time, lead time (for pre-ordered products) and the time it will take for the parcel to be delivered to you after shipment:

  • Orders are processed within 48 working hours. Most orders are processed within the same day.
  • Lead times for pre-order products are displayed on the product pages. They are between 1 to 8 weeks.
  • Allow about 10 days for delivery after shipment.

An email confirming shipment is sent to you with the tracking number, once the package has been forwarded to the transport company.

Payment and privacy

All currently available payment methods are displayed on the order confirmation page. These include:

  • Credit card payment
  • Paypal payment
  • Interest-free deferred payment.

This list may change over time.

There are several reasons for this problem. Please check step by step which one may concern you:

  1. Wrong security code entered, incorrect date or card number: please check this information carefully.
  2. Bank restrictions on online purchases or spending limits reached: contact your bank to resolve the situation.
  3. Fraudulent payment detected by our payment processor: try a different payment method, a different credit card, or try again 30 minutes later.

We invoice our customers after verification of orders. Your order is first checked by our team, to ensure the availability of each product ordered. Only then do we confirm payment.

Under no circumstances do we have access to your credit card information. These data are strictly confidential and are accepted by our payment processor as encrypted data.

After-sales service and guarantees

The warranty period is 2 years for all original Russian parts, i.e. all external parts of airsoft guns. During this period, we pledge to stand by your side in the event of part breakage: you’ll receive totally free assistance and replacement parts if necessary.
After the 2-year warranty period, our customers always benefit from repair services or spare parts at minimum cost.
We can also repair your equipment in our Russian workshop (Ekaterinburg).
