6. Non-Delivery

Where items are returned to the sender, we will contact you and a further postage and handling charge will be made before items can be redelivered. 7. Returns & Refunds
7.1 You have 14 legal days from the reception of your order to return your package.
7.2 The merchandise must be new, unused and supplied in its original packaging. In which case we reserve the right not to proceed to the refund.
7.3 We always prefer an amicable exchange with our customers. However, in case of an exchange of products, we cannot be responsible for the payment of re-shipment costs unless the said goods were sent by mistake by our services.
7.4 A refund for a package seized by customs, a package delivered to the wrong address, a package not picked up by the customer at the post office, or for any other reason beyond our control, is not possible. We do however provide all the necessary assistance to resolve these potential problems. 7.5 Orders are not refundable during the delivery process, after the package has been shipped. Our returns and refunds conditions apply only after reception of the goods.

This is related to the capture of payments from the store itself, which is subject to a percentage.
